Customer Success Manager (Danish & German) 
Join Reform and help create exceptional customer experiences across Europe 
At Reform, we believe that exceptional design deserves an exceptional customer experience. 
As we continue to grow across Europe, we are strengthening our Customer Success team and bringing more expertise together at our headquarters in Copenhagen. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who speaks both Danish and German and wants to play a key role in delivering seamless customer journeys across multiple markets. 
If you enjoy coordinating complex projects, solving problems, and working with customers in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you. 
 
About the role 
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage customer projects from order confirmation through delivery and final installation. 
You will become the central point of contact between customers, sales, logistics partners, production, and installation teams, ensuring that every project is executed smoothly and professionally. 
This is a position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating many stakeholders, and creating structure in a fast-paced environment. 
Your responsibilities 
  • Manage customer projects throughout the entire order and delivery process
  • Support customers across the Danish and German markets
  • Coordinate deliveries with transport partners and installers across Europe
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and proactively
  • Coordinate service cases and claims until resolution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Production,Logisticsand Installation teams
  • Ensureaccurateadministration of orders,deliveriesand project timelines
  • Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve customer processes and internal workflows
 
Who are you? 
You are structured, proactive and genuinely enjoy helping customers while keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously. 
You communicate confidently with both customers and colleagues and thrive in an international organization where collaboration is essential. 
We imagine you: 
  • Have experience within Customer Success, Customer Service or Project Coordination
  • Speak and write fluent Danish,Germanand English
  • Are highlyorganizedwith excellent attention to detail
  • Take ownership and naturally follow tasks through to completion
  • Remain calm under pressure and enjoy finding practical solutions
  • Have experience from kitchens, interiors, furniture,constructionor design industries (preferred but notrequired)

Practical information 
The position is based full-time at our headquarters in Copenhagen Ø.
