Lead the sales floor to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience through a customer-first mindset. Manage store operations including inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and the onboarding and coaching of sales associates.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and full open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
