The Management Specialist supports new and current Neighborhood Managers and fills in for vacancies at various apartment sites. Responsibilities include managing resident relations, collecting rent, supervising turnovers, and generating corporate reports.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least three years of residential property management experience. A valid driver's license is required as the role involves traveling 50% of the time.

Position Overview: Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, the Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting new and current Neighborhood Managers. Working in interim positions as needed. Supports all facets of assigned temporary apartment neighborhood including managing resident relations, collecting rent, scheduling and supervising apartment turn overs, approving rental applications, marketing, and compiling and generating reports needed from the Corporate Office. They shall conduct all organizational business and practices in accordance with Redwood Living Inc. policies.
