The role involves preparing monthly financial statements and managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for commercial real estate portfolios. Additionally, the accountant handles lease revenue management, expense recoveries, and monitors debt covenants and capital expenditures.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting. Proficiency in MRI software and knowledge of financial concepts like IRR, NPV, and ROE are preferred.
