The role involves sourcing and partnering with exceptional entrepreneurs to back and scale outlier startups from initial meeting to deal close. Additionally, the manager will sit on boards, guide founders, and mentor a high-performance investment team.
Candidates must have entrepreneurial grit with experience launching or exiting businesses and a proven track record in early-stage investments. A top academic background and a strong network within Europe's venture and startup ecosystem are required.
