Provide and coordinate comprehensive care for psychiatric patients by assessing physical and behavioral health needs and implementing nursing care plans. Maintain accurate medical records and administer medications while maintaining professional therapeutic boundaries.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Texas RN license or eligibility to practice in the state. Requires CPR and de-escalation certifications, with one year of experience preferred but new graduates welcome.
