Greet customers and provide exceptional service while managing vehicle movement and organization on the dealership lot. Perform basic maintenance tasks, handle cashiering duties, and ensure vehicles are kept clean and damage-free.
Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to perform basic retail math and cash handling. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Description
- Greet customers and assist with their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist in moving vehicles around the dealership lot
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling vehicles and checking tire pressure
- Keep the dealership lot clean and organized
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups as needed
- Handle cash transactions and cashiering duties accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic retail math calculations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
