You will source and identify exceptional executive office talent while building talent pipelines for future searches. Additionally, you will partner with Prime consultants to evaluate candidates and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or senior executive office roles. You must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized, professional, and capable of working independently.

This is a contract opportunity with flexible hours and project-based engagements.
\nWe're interested in connecting with professionals who fall into one (or both) of these categories:
You have experience sourcing, engaging, and assessing exceptional talent in Chief of Staff and/or administrative support roles. You know how to identify exceptional candidates, build relationships, and move searches forward efficiently.
Perhaps you've served as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Personal Assistant, or in another senior executive office role. You understand what excellence looks like in these positions and have a strong network within the profession.
You don't necessarily need recruiting experience—we're happy to teach our search process to professionals who deeply understand these roles.
