The Data Platforms Operations Manager within our Data Organization leads the operations and reliability of Realtor.com®'s Snowflake data platform, ensuring our pipelines and infrastructure run stably, perform to SLA, and scale to meet growing demand. This position is central to our ambition to simplify, scale, and modernize data at Realtor.com® by shifting to a modern data operating model focused on core quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day platform operations while also driving Snowflake platform management. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to keep data flowing reliably across the organization
