We are currently seeking a Property Administrator who will also perform cleaning responsibilities to work at one of our properties in Toronto. This position would require you to work on-site four weekdays each week and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities of Property Administrator
• Acting as the first point of contact for resident inquiries
• Coordinating rent receipts and the preparation of bank deposits
• Responding to resident issues and service requests (within 24 hours)
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Assisting with leasing suites
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
• Preparing apartments for new residents
Requirements of Property Administrator
• Strong administration and organization skills
• Computer skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to display a professional/presentable appearance/attire.
