Oversee a property management team and act as the primary operational point of contact for property owners and residents. Manage key performance indicators including occupancy, rent delinquency, and maintenance to ensure optimal property performance.
Candidates must have prior experience in customer-facing roles and strong communication skills. Proficiency in various computer software is required, while experience in team leadership and maintenance is preferred.

Real Property Management has the perfect role for you as a Property Manager. You are the guardian of the properties we manage, responsible for directing a team, helping clients understand their property performance, and ensuring smooth operation of the property.

As an employee at Real Property Management, you are part of a team and will be leading a team and responsible for property management operations. You’ll have an intimate understanding of what we do and a full appreciation for the importance of the value we provide to our clients.
Our focus is on building relationships, not just tenants and toilets. You are the trusted advisor to both property owners and the residents we serve. You’ll have regular contact with the property owner to advise them on rent pricing and maintenance items.
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
Compensation for the Property Manager position is a base pay of $25 p/hr +, depending on experience, plus bonus based on team performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed, but paid on achieving specified efficiency targets.]
