Oversee and perform maintenance, renovations, and unit turn services across King and Snohomish Counties. Coordinate projects efficiently while ensuring quality workmanship and documenting progress via AppFolio.
Requires minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in various construction trades and residential unit turns. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to perform heavy physical labor daily.
Real Property Management Eclipse is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance, renovations, and unit turn services. Available hours; 40 hours/week.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance projects while ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
This position requires hands-on experience in a wide range of construction and maintenance trades, including painting, drywall, flooring, fencing/deck repairs, millwork, carpentry, door installations, and apartment/home unit turns.
Your day will start and end at our Bellevue office. Maintenance locations will span across King and Snohomish Counties.
