The Program Manager will oversee financial, administrative, and compliance structures for youth-serving initiatives, including budget tracking and internship program coordination. They will also streamline operational processes and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business or accounting, with a preference for a master's degree and CPA designation. Strong organizational skills, experience with budget and grant support, and proficiency in accounting or HR systems are required.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the organizational “hub” — keeping programs on track, supporting compliance and financial processes, and helping teams work efficiently. You’ll play a key role in supporting high school internship programs, coordinating org-wide operational details, and maintaining the systems that help ReadyCT create efficiencies to advance the work!
For someone with strong operational and financial experience, this role also offers room to grow, with opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities over time.
