The Registered Nurse manages patient care within a single operating room, ensuring safety through correct positioning, prepping, and the 'time out' process. They are responsible for maintaining asepsis, managing sterile supplies, and coordinating with the surgical and anesthesia teams.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a valid Illinois RN license are required, along with BLS and ALS certifications. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in orthopedic surgery.

The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients in compliance with, but not limited to, recognized Standards of Practice and State Practice Act Standards, and organization protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Supervises and directs patient care in a single operating room.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience.
