Leads corporate program management and IT functions, reporting to the CFO to drive major cross-functional initiatives. Responsible for establishing PMO governance, overseeing cybersecurity, and implementing scalable business systems and AI frameworks.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in program management or IT leadership, including 5+ years of team management. Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing environments, and AI governance is highly preferred.

This role is responsible for driving major cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution while building a scalable, secure, and business-oriented IT function.
The position partners closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Clinical, Engineering, Legal, HR, and external vendors to ensure key projects are properly scoped, resourced, governed, implemented, and adopted.
