The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing property inspections, and coordinating the make-ready process. They ensure the property grounds and common areas meet company standards while adhering to all safety policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and EPA HVAC certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.
