The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for guiding the maintenance team to preserve property integrity and overseeing the make-ready process. Key duties include performing inspections, completing work orders, and maintaining grounds and common areas to company standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and EPA HVAC and CPO certifications. A minimum of 2 years of multi-family maintenance experience is required.
