The BMW Product Genius is responsible for providing comprehensive product information and technological support to customers throughout the sales and aftersales process. They also assist with vehicle deliveries, maintain showroom displays, and perform off-site technology tutorials for clients.
Candidates must have previous BMW Genius experience and a clean, valid New York State Driver’s License. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required, along with proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
