The Registered Nurse will provide temporary clinical support across various aged care facilities, including wound management and patient monitoring. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and educating residents and their families.
Candidates must hold a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate and a valid driver's license. Applicants are required to be New Zealand citizens, residents, or hold open work conditions, with at least one year of nursing experience preferred.

Hours of work: Casual on-call (confirmed prior to each assignment)
As a Registered Nurse for R-Connect, you will be deployed to complete temporary assignments across various aged care facilities in the region.
As this is a casual role, you will be prompted when a temp vacancy is available, and you can accept based on your availability.
You need to be a New Zealand Citizen/Resident, or have open work conditions.
You must have a current NZ Driver's License.
Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for casual RNs.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents
Educate and direct peers about possible side-effects of medicines
Monitor residents and initiate appropriate treatment in an emergency
Wound management
Reassuring and educating residents’ families
Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
Computer literacy with concise reporting skills
