The role involves engaging customers to facilitate appointments for sales representatives and conducting market research to identify potential clients. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships via various communication channels and processing loan applications.
Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong commitment to professionalism. The position requires availability for 50 hours per week, including mandatory Saturdays.
