Requires an Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology and qualification under 42 CFR 493.1433. Preferred candidates have 1-3 years of clinical experience, a Bachelor's degree, and ASCP certification.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
