The Processor handles manual and link requests, aliquots samples, and prepares them for laboratory assay set up. They are also responsible for accurately entering data into computer systems manually or electronically.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in PC skills and knowledge of medical terminology are required.
Under the supervision of a Supervisor, the Processor processes manual and link requests, aliquots samples, sorts and prepares samples for pick up by laboratory staff or delivers samples to the appropriate laboratory for assay set up. Must be able to perform and follow all processing procedures related to pre-analytical processes. However, the position is not limited to these functions. Accurately enter data into the computer system manually or electronically.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
