The Phlebotomist I is responsible for performing blood collection procedures and maintaining accurate patient data records. The role requires daily on-site attendance to provide high-quality service to patients in a clinical setting.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include phlebotomy certification, medical assistant training, and one year of relevant work experience.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
