The Client Service Representative is responsible for performing assigned laboratory duties and processes while maintaining a professional and supportive team environment. They must ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while adhering to department-specific metrics.
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with one year of clinical laboratory or call center experience. Applicants must be proficient in basic office equipment and computer use, and be available for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
