Summary of Position: 

The Investment Analyst will support Quarterra’s Investments team through financial modeling, underwriting, market research, and transaction execution for multifamily development and investment opportunities across the United States. This is an early‑career, highly analytical role designed to provide hands‑on exposure to institutional real estate investing while working closely with senior investment professionals.

The Investment Analyst will collaborate across development, asset management, accounting, capital markets, and legal teams to support investment analysis, reporting, and decision‑making.

This position is primarily a sedentary office role and requires the ability to routinely operate computer and other standard office equipment. Fine motor skills and finger dexterity are required for keyboarding and other detailed tasks.
