Join Quality Care LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and become an essential part of our mission to empower individuals in need of support. As a DSP, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with daily living skills including meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Light housekeeping and laundry assistance
  • Providing transportation for appointments and errands
  • Supporting clients with their individual needs and goals

We offer flexible scheduling options with both full-time and part-time shifts available, tailored to fit your availability. We provide thorough training to ensure you feel confident in delivering quality care.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • Pass background checks.
  • $18-20 per hour.
  • Paid training and mileage reimbursement for client transport.
  • Flexible scheduling to help balance work and life commitments.
  • Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
  • PPE provided.
