Join Quality Care LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and become an essential part of our mission to empower individuals in need of support. As a DSP, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with daily living skills including meal preparation and grocery shopping
Light housekeeping and laundry assistance
Providing transportation for appointments and errands
Supporting clients with their individual needs and goals

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
Pass background checks.
$18-20 per hour.
Paid training and mileage reimbursement for client transport.
Flexible scheduling to help balance work and life commitments.
Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
