The role involves building analytical outputs, data pipelines, and dashboards while applying AI tools to accelerate investment and asset management workflows. The analyst will also identify automation improvements and partner with the firm-wide AI team on technology initiatives.
Candidates need 2-3 years of experience in a technical discipline and a tertiary qualification in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, SQL, JavaScript) or a BI platform is required.

This is a newly created role within our Real Estate Private Equity team, managing $1.75 billion of equity across direct joint ventures, preferred equity, structured credit, and complex workouts. You will partner with broader team to deliver high-quality, AI-enabled analytical outputs, and help shape how the team uses technology over time. The role is execution-led (approximately 70% delivery, 30% designing and improving how we work), with direct exposure to live investment decisions from day one.
