Act as a bridge between business areas, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into executable technical solutions. Lead initiatives involving ERP and CRM applications while driving process improvements across sales, finance, and operations.
Requires proven experience as an IT Business Partner or Functional Consultant with expertise in ERP and CRM environments. Mandatory fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong communication and vendor management skills.
