The Assistant Director of Maintenance is responsible for executing preventative maintenance programs and ensuring the facility grounds and buildings are clean and well-maintained. They must also maintain accurate records for all building systems and assist with resident move-in and discharge processes.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and have experience in coordinating building repairs. A working knowledge of OSHA compliance and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record are also required.
