Manage and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects and optimize business models for multinational groups. Advise clients on transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation, and dispute resolution.
Requires a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Law with at least 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. Must be proficient in English and fluent in Slovak or Czech, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

Key responsibilities
Manage, direct and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects for multinational groups. Develop concepts for the design of new or the optimization of existing business models, as well as the subsequent implementation of such models on a global basis.
Be involved in scoping, planning and delivering solutions for some of the world's leading companies across a wide range of industries.
Review, understand, and assess global value chains and business models of multinational companies (flows of products, services, intellectual property, etc.) to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Advise clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies, transfer pricing governance, transfer pricing documentation and transfer pricing technology solutions.
Advise clients on dispute resolution assignments and agreeing advance rulings.
Be involved in winning work and developing service offerings.
Succeed in challenging diverse assignments and projects by leveraging your know-how and experience and the strength of our deep and broad global transfer pricing network.

Personality requirements and skills
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
At least 5 years of work experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally from a consultancy position.
Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak or Czech.
Proven experience in the performance, management and coordination of multi-country transfer pricing projects.
You are prepared to take on responsibility as a leader of a team or in an area of expertise.
Interest and a flair for figures and business contexts, working with data and numbers, conducting research and drafting industry analyses. Curiosity for exploring new possibilities for client problems, seeking new information and driving impact for clients.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, and of Excel in particular.
Having a result-oriented mindset and a clear focus on long-term objectives, combined with a willingness to navigate the career path. Equipped with the necessary skills to adapt to complex and challenging situations while remaining flexible and persistent.

Wage (gross): 3400 - 4300€ month. (The annual bonus is a non-guaranteed part of the overall compensation package. Whether it is awarded and in what amount depends on the company’s financial performance in the given financial year, as well as on the employee’s individual year-end performance review.
For this position, the annual bonus can range from EUR 0 up to the equivalent of 3 monthly salaries).
