As a DevOps Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. Your role involves guiding and mentoring others while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will navigate complexity and foster personal growth, enhancing your technical skills and understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure and systems to support efficient data processing and analysis
- Developing and managing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions using platforms like Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks to enhance data engineering capabilities
- Building and optimizing data warehouses and lakes, confirming data quality and validation
- Applying analytical thinking to transform raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives
- Implementing database security best practices and performance tuning for systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Leveraging Snowflake Data Warehouse and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform for advanced data analytics
- Engaging in continuous learning and embracing change to adapt to evolving data engineering technologies and methodologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
