PwC Deals Tax is de marktleider op het gebied van fiscale advisering in de fusie- en overnamepraktijk. Wij adviseren onze (inter)nationale klanten op het gebied van vennootschapsbelasting en bronbelastingen, maar ook op het gebied van btw, loonbelasting, overdrachtsbelasting. Kortom: alle belastingen die aanbod komen bij de desbetreffende deal. Wij werken nauw samen met onze financiële collega’s van financial due diligence, maar ook met onze btw, loonbelasting en vastgoed teams. Wij kijken niet alleen naar de dag van vandaag maar vooral naar de dag van morgen.
Je bent onderdeel van zowel de PwC Deals praktijk als de PwC Tax praktijk en zo leer je de fijne kneepjes van beide werkstromen. De eerste jaren bij PwC neem je deel aan de Deals Academy samen met je deals collega’s. De wekelijkse en maandelijkse groot VTO’s zijn daarentegen weer met je fiscale collega’s. Zo ben je altijd op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:
Je draait mee op verschillende projecten waarbij het contact met de klant eerder regel dan uitzondering is. Zo overleggen we veel met de CFO en/of tax director van het betreffende bedrijf ten tijde van een corporate deal. Daarnaast hebben we overleggen met private equity fondsen, advocatenkantoren, M&A specialisten en de Belastingdienst.
(Vendor) due diligence, (her)structureringen en het lezen van het koopcontract zijn andere werkzaamheden waar je je als onderdeel van het Deals team mee bezig houden.
Meedenken over technologische innovaties en ontwikkelingen die ons en de klant helpen werkzaamheden te versnellen.
Op de hoogte blijven van laatste (inter)nationale fiscale ontwikkelingen die essentieel zijn voor onze deals praktijk. Ons internationale PwC netwerk inspireert en stimuleert ons om altijd up-to-date te zijn.
