Manage the operational onboarding process for new files using Salesforce, coordinating between mission teams and superusers. Responsibilities include gathering information, launching risk modules, and collaborating with project teams to improve process efficiency.

TLS (PwC Société d’Avocats) offre sa pluridisciplinarité en matière de droit fiscal, droit des affaires ou droit social, en combinant si nécessaire nos expertises avec celles des autres métiers de PwC (audit et commissariat aux comptes, expertise comptable, stratégie, consulting, transactions).
Dans le cadre de l’évolution de son organisation, TLS Maroc recrute actuellement un(e) Risk Management Specialist.
Le processus d’onboarding des nouveaux dossiers est un maillon clef de l’activité du cabinet. Ce processus est composé des différentes étapes d’un workflow démarrant avec la création d’une opportunité dans le CRM, passant par les différents modules Risk avant de s’achever par la création des charge codes, et ceci dans un seul outil digital : Salesforce.
Votre rôle sera de mettre en œuvre l’onboarding sur le plan opérationnel et ceci en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de mission et coordonnées par les « superusers » Salesforce du cabinet.
