ABOUT THE MANAGER, DATA + COMMUNITY INSIGHTS
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Impact and Learning, the Manager, Data + Community Insights will support Community Quarterback organizations across the country in systematically gathering the perspectives, insights, and experiences of residents' voices via surveys as an integral part of the data strategy at Purpose Built Communities alongside programmatic, administrative, and population-level data. Centering Residents is a core value and component of the Purpose Built Model of neighborhood transformation so it is important that the voice and perspectives of residents is prominent in our measurement framework. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for organizations implementing the survey, providing training, technical assistance, and facilitation support to help residents, Community Quarterbacks, and local leaders identify priorities and make data-informed decisions.
