  • Administer and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Click Dimensions environment, including day-to-day support, configuration, and light development for the Financial Advisory and Consulting teams
  • Contribute across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, application configuration, documentation, testing, and support planning
  • Monitor new features and capabilities across enterprise platforms, assess their relevance to PFM, and incorporate valuable enhancements into future releases
  • Analyze data to support business decisions and identify the most effective ways to turn raw data into actionable insights
  • Evaluate and implement applicable third-party tools or capabilities that extend the value of existing platforms
  • Prototype new ideas and capabilities to evaluate business value and solution fit
  • Share knowledge with team members and promote adoption of emerging tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, project managers, and technology vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time
  • Investigate system issues, unexpected results, and process gaps to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions and enhancements
  • Track, route, and maintain support tickets within the ticketing system
  • Maintain management documentation that supports internal and external audit requirements
  • Ongoing data management lifecycle for business applications
