The Construction Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of construction projects, including renovations and new developments, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They collaborate with internal departments to manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to support organizational strategic priorities.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management or capital projects, preferably within a healthcare setting, is required.
The Construction Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of construction projects across PT Solutions, including renovations, relocations, and de novo developments. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with organizational objectives. A key component of this position is ensuring all construction activities meet applicable regulatory and compliance readiness standards.
The Construction Manager is accountable for quality, consistency, and operational readiness across all phases of construction execution on assigned projects. This role also requires strong communication skills to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders in support of practice-wide strategic priorities. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
