The Patient Services Coordinator manages the administrative link between patients, providers, and insurers to ensure seamless care. Key duties include verifying insurance, securing authorizations, reconciling payments, and optimizing schedules.
Candidates must have at least a High School diploma or GED. One to two years of customer service experience is required, with a preference for those with healthcare experience.
