The Operations Manager is responsible for building long-term partnerships with sponsors, CROs, and medical institutions to expand the clinical research network. They oversee the conduct of clinical trials ensuring compliance with ICH GCP regulations and manage budget negotiations and research timelines.
Candidates must hold a university degree in life sciences and have at least 5 years of leadership experience within a CRO or SMO. Proficiency in English (C1 level), MS Office, and a valid driver's license are required.
