Lead and coordinate hospice services while supervising an interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, and chaplains. Oversee care planning, admissions, and compliance with state and federal regulations to ensure quality patient care.
Requires an active, unrestricted RN license and at least one year of field hospice experience. Leadership experience and a valid driver's license with CPR certification are also required or preferred.
