The role is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and long-term value of the High Net Worth segment through strategic propositions and initiatives. This includes managing the end-to-end customer experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored HNW solutions.
The candidate must be able to lead P&L reporting and deliver financial KPIs while conducting competitive market analysis. Experience in developing bespoke offerings and managing premium service design for priority segments is essential.
