Manage donor data and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and generate fundraising insights. Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and provide administrative support for donor communications and grant reporting.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in nonprofit development or community relations and proficiency with CRM platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple priorities.
Description
Providence is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Development Associate to support our fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, meaningfully contributing to events, and managing multiple projects and priorities in the development space.
As a key member of our Development and Community Relations team, you'll help maintain the systems and processes that power our fundraising efforts, while coordinating events and initiatives that strengthen our mission.
Development Associate Schedule: 40 hours a week. Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30. Occasional evening or weekend community event.
Development Associate Location(s): Office hub in Millersville, MD.
Occasional travel to other Providence sites in Anne Arundel and Charles County.
Development Associate Compensation: Salaried. $48,000-$52,000 annually.
