The Clinic RN assesses, evaluates, and implements direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a practitioner or supervisor. They supervise overall healthcare delivery and maintain effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with either an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Required credentials include a Washington Registered Nurse License, AHA BLS certification, and 18 months of professional nursing experience.
Work under the general direction of the practitioner or Clinic Supervisor to assess, evaluate, implement and follow-up in matters of direct and indirect patient care. Supervise the overall delivery of healthcare in the clinic setting. Establish and maintain effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative support staff in order to organize and deliver cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity.
