Maintain buildings and common areas in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. Perform visual inspections for janitorial needs and report hazardous or life safety concerns to management.
Requires previous janitorial experience, a valid driver's license without recent DUI/DWI, and the ability to use technology. Must be physically capable of lifting 25 pounds and working in extreme weather conditions.
