Lead the installation of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential homes while supervising apprentices. Ensure projects are completed to company standards and provide exceptional customer service and system education to homeowners.
Requires at least 3 years of HVAC installation experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Must hold an EPA 2 Certification, with Universal or NATE certifications preferred.
We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for completing installation services within customers' residences. The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring that projects are completed on time according to company standards.
This role requires you to be able to commute to our office in Anthem, AZ
Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
