Introduction

The Operational Agency Lead will be working closely to partner a Global Business Lead, overseeing day to day business operations of a significant global client. They will assume responsibility for driving all operational initiatives which will improve process organization, creative and production delivery and overall business profitability for the team. Working closely with the POP & Havas local operational leads, they will ensure consistency across our processes.

Mission & Responsibilities

First and foremost, Prose on Pixels is a technology underpinned, global content studio business, driving creative content globally through a number of global studios. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in global onshore/offshore models, content automation and modular content origination and distribution.

As the key business partner, working with a Global Business Lead to lead a significant global client, the role of the Operational Agency Lead is to align process and improve profitability across all aspects of work originating within the US, with distribution needs across a number of global markets. They will translate business strategy into actionable and comprehensive goals for performance and growth helping to implement organisation-wide processes, content performance management, and annual operating planning. This person will partner, but hold accountable a number of teams across technology, finance, commercial and other regional operational leads.
