Job Summary: The HR and Administration Officer will play a dual role, supporting both human resources functions and administrative operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage HR processes while ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ Years’ experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Interview Coordination and Orientation:
Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and manage the interviews
Facilitate on boarding for new employees, including orientation and training coordination.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies.
Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
HR Compliances:
Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Maintain filing systems and documentation for HR and administrative functions.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on all HR Operations-related matters, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues and business queries.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Heads, Department Managers, Payroll, Compliance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection and catering.
