Manage day-to-day FP&A operations for Prologis-managed funds in Mexico, ensuring model alignment and proactive risk communication. Prepare quarterly internal and external reporting packages, including NAV calculations and fund performance analysis.
Requires over 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably within real estate or financial services. A bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics and advanced English proficiency are preferred.

Prologis is seeking a FP&A Manager within the Mexico Fund Management team. The candidate will work closely with the finance team (CFO, IR, Capital Markets, among others) as well as other key internal stakeholders to assist in the day-to-day operations of Prologis-managed funds in Mexico.
