Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a developmentally disabled client, including tracheostomy and G-J tube management. Monitor patient condition and maintain a safe environment while documenting care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Must hold an active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania and possess a valid driver's license. Proficiency in trach care and G-J tube management is preferred, along with successful completion of required state background clearances.
