Requires 3+ years of graphic design experience in a B2B, SaaS, or ecommerce environment with proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite. Must have strong formal design skills and experience using AI design tools like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly.

Your role and goals

We are seeking a skilled freelance Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Team during a 7-month maternity leave cover.

At Productsup, you will be an integral part of the Brand and Communication team. Join us if you have a sharp eye for design, a flair for creating impactful visual content, and a passion for bringing ideas to life. 


As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand journey—producing high-volume, high-quality assets that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and business needs. 


You’ll also get the chance to explore and leverage the possibilities of AI to enhance creativity and efficiency in your work. If you're ready to make a bold impact with your designs, we'd love to hear from you!

In your first 3 months, you will:

  • Learn about the evolution of our brand

  • Get to know the different stakeholders in the Marketing department and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales)

  • Kick off your first projects, for example by designing eye-catching, platform-optimized banners for organic and paid social media ads, or working on a new guide

  • Listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and carefully interpret and apply feedback

  • Assist with A/B testing design variations and adapt assets based on data and performance insights

In your first 6 months and beyond, you will:

  • Design compelling visual assets for web, print, and social media

  • Ensure consistency and coherence in design by following established brand guidelines

  • Provide ideas around optimizing creatives that will help increase conversion and click-through rates in marketing campaigns across different channels

  • Manage clean working files for seamless collaboration between internal teams

  • Be fluent in Figma or Sketch, including using and creating components/variants, high-fidelity prototyping, and more, with a drive to grow these skillsets continually

  • Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to speed up concept development and iterate quickly

  • Stay up to date with the latest design and AI trends

  • Adhere to quick-turn deadlines and ensure tasks are being completed fully and on time through workflow optimization

What you bring to the team
  • 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design within an agency or in a B2B in-house environment, ideally SaaS, online marketplaces, or the ecommerce industry

  • Knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or DALL·E) 

  • Proficient in Figma or Sketch and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects)

  • Hands-on experience across branding, editorial design, digital assets, website design, and presentations

  • Demonstrate excellent formal design skills: typography, composition, colour, layout, etc.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Team player who is open to constructive feedback and experimenting with new technologies

  • Video editing and animation experience is a plus

  • Strong English communications skills — written and oral
