The Permit & Rebate Coordinator manages the end-to-end process of obtaining permits, scheduling inspections, and processing utility rebate applications for HVAC and electrical projects. They also maintain accurate project documentation and coordinate closely with installation teams, customers, and local municipalities to ensure project compliance and efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for at least two years of administrative or coordinator experience in HVAC, electrical, or home services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and strong organizational and communication skills are required for this role.

Position Summary
The Permit & Rebate Coordinator is responsible for obtaining permits, coordinating
inspections, processing customer rebate applications, and maintaining accurate project
documentation. This position works closely with our installation teams, office staff,
municipalities, utilities, and customers to ensure compliance and maximize available
incentives.
